SENSORS · MACHINE SEQUENCE

The signal that enables the next movement.

Detecting a position is the start. The control system must decide when the machine can continue.

We integrate sensors and PLC logic to connect each mechanism position with a sequence response. We define the conditions for advancing and the messages that help identify a missing signal.

Define what the sensor must confirm

We review the position to detect, the mounting point and the expected state at each step. The application determines which signal the control system needs.

Connect the signal to the sequence

We relate the sensor input to conditions for advancing, stopping the sequence or raising a message. Logic must account for a missing signal or a state change that does not arrive in time.

Check the response on the machine

We check how the control responds when a position is detected, a signal is lost or an expected transition times out. These tests help define messages that tell the operator which condition is still pending.
