ASSEMBLY PROGRAMMING

Assembly programming, measurement and traceability

Coordinating an assembly station means connecting its operating sequences, motion, measurements and the data the plant needs.

This application brings together Omron PLC programming, servo motion, resistance heating, height measurement, traceability and labeling. The work described focused on programming and integrating these functions.

Programming and integration scope

  • Omron PLC sequences: programming of basic and advanced station sequences.
  • Servo motion: programming of the movement required by the process.
  • Resistance heating: programming of the heating function.
  • Height measurement: integration of Keyence precision probes.
  • Traceability: programming of the connection to plant servers.
  • Labeling: label design and printing with Zebra printers.

ALTIVEN supports machine builders, integrators and plant teams that need to develop or extend the programming and integration of their stations.

Define the scope of your station

Tell us what the station needs to do, what it needs to measure and where the data needs to go. Share those requirements so we can discuss your project.
